Please allow 3-5 business days for product to be shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within: 7 days of delivery. Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
-Email email@example.com with your order # and reason for return/exchange.
-Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in event of return or exchange.
-Return must ship within 30 days of delivery.
-Refund will be submitted when product is received.
If item is defective or damaged:
-Email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your contact information, photo of damaged item, and order #. We will respond within 1-3 business days.
